I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but there were some drawbacks, such as the higher prices than displayed online and the distance from the city center. The dining experience was enjoyable with various tasty options, and the view of the gulf in the distance was lovely.

My room had a king-size bed that was very comfortable, and I could see the entranceway and the gulf in the distance. The room was not far from Campeche center.

The staff did their best to make us feel welcome, even keeping a beer for us in the fridge to enjoy with our meal. They were friendly and helpful, though we found out that booking online might lead to higher prices.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a lovely view of the gulf from my room. The king-size bed was very comfortable, but the road outside was a bit noisy. The service was exceptional, with cheerful and helpful staff, although the prices were higher than advertised online. The location was great, close to restaurants and a mall, but a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of dishes and fresh juices. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with some minor drawbacks.
